Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Hours

    • Clients are allowed into the studio only at their scheduled booking time.
    • Setup time must be included in the booked hours to ensure sufficient time for the shoot.
  2. Extension of Booking

    • Extending booking hours on the day of the shoot is subject to availability.
    • Clients must exit the studio promptly at the end of their booking period unless an extension is approved.
  3. Studio and Equipment Usage

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the studio space and equipment are used and returned in good condition.
  4. Caution Fee

    • A refundable caution fee of ₦10,000 is required before the shoot begins.
    • The fee will be refunded immediately after the shoot, provided the studio and equipment are handed over in good condition.
  5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.
    • A rescheduling fee equal to 50% of the booking rate will apply for cancellations.
  6. No-Show Policy

    • No refunds will be issued if the client fails to show up at the scheduled time.
  7. Time Management

    • Booking time begins promptly at the scheduled start time, with no extra allowance for lateness.
    • Clients may arrive 15 minutes before their booking time and are encouraged to do so.
  8. Capacity Limit

    • A maximum of four people, including models and photographers, are allowed per session.
    • If this number will be exceeded, clients must inform us in advance through our contact channels.
  9. Studio Cleanliness

    • Clients must leave the studio clean and ensure no stains or damage to walls or props.
    • If additional cleanup is required, the caution fee may be used to cover the cost.
  10. Personal Belongings

    • Clients are responsible for their belongings and must ensure all items are collected before leaving.
    • The studio will not be held liable for any lost or damaged items.
