Booking Hours
- Clients are only allowed in the studio at their scheduled booking time and should consider their set up time to ensure that they book hour’s sufficient for their shoot.

Extension of Booking
- Extension of booking hours on the day of shoot is subject to availability and clients would be required to exit the studio space once their booking time elapse.

Studio and Equipment Usage
- Clients would ensure the studio space and equipments are used and returned safely.
- Clients would be required to pay in full for any damage to property, space or equipment.

Caution Fee
- A refundable caution fee of 10,000 must be deposited before shooting commences and this will be refunded immediately shoot is complete and studio/equipment are handed over in good shape.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be done at most 48 hours before the shoot and will attract a rescheduling fee of 50% of the booking rate.

No-Show Policy
- There shall be no refunds when client does not show up as scheduled.

Time Management
- Time starts counting at the booking time and there is no extra allowance for lateness.
- Clients are only allowed to come in 15 minutes prior to booking and are encouraged to do so.

Capacity Limit
- Only 4 people inclusive of models and photographer are allowed for a shoot session and we must be informed via our contact channels if this number will be exceeded.

Studio Cleanliness
- Clients must endeavor to keep the studio in a clean condition and no stains on walls/props as caution fee deposit would be used to take care of additional cost of studio cleanup not done by clients.

Personal Belongings
- Please endeavor to take all your items and keep the safe as we will not be responsible for damaged or lost items.

Studio Restrictions
- Pornographic contents are not allowed in the studio.
- Smoking, drinking, drug use, and arriving at the studio while intoxicated are strictly prohibited.
